limited offering of memorabilia packages for collectors

Due to the disposition of an estate, a large amount of vintage Blondie Fan Club merchandise from the 1979-1980 time period has been obtained and is being offered for sale to Blondie's fans.

Currently, there are three packages being offered. A fourth package will be offered later to replace the Collector's Package as certain items sell out.

Package offerings and comparison (or go straight to the lists)

The three packages are:
Collector's Package: price $50.00 + actual shipping cost (3 lb. 11oz.)
* $5.70 to $8.95 by Priority Mail in the U.S. (calculate at www.usps.com)
* International rate to Canada is from $19.90.
* International rate to the U.K. and Australia is $33.75 and $28.25 respectively.

Mid-range Package: price $30.00 + actual shipping cost (2 lb. 8oz.)
* $5.05 to $8.95 by Priority Mail in the U.S. (calculate at www.usps.com)
* International rates to be published soon.

Value Package: price $10.00 + actual shipping cost (1lb. 11oz.)
* $4.60 to $7.50 by Priority Mail in the U.S. (calculate at www.usps.com)
* International rate anywhere in the world is $11.00.

In addition, a small fee will be added to cover PayPal charges if you pay by PayPal.

The items that are available in the most limited quantities will only be offered in the Collector's Package. All of the packages offer certain upgrade options if you are interested in obtaining additional quantities of items. You may purchase more than one package and they will be combined (if desired) or shipped to separate addresses as you so choose as long as you pay the shipping costs. All prices on this page are in U.S. dollars.

All of the items are in perfect, mint condition (no damage, smudges, fading, or yellowing) with the following exceptions:
1. Most of the fold-out lyrics posters show some ink smearing on the back side due to handling at the printer. Some of these may also have a very small folded-over point at the very edge of the corner.
2. The small membership cards and large membership certificates curl slightly because of being stored in shrink-wrapped packs rather than stored flat.

The quantity of each item in the package is shown in the corresponding column. Read the numbers under the package name. For example, the Collector's Package contains 5 copies of International Fan Club Newsletter #1; the Mid-range Package contains 3 copies, and the Value Package contains 2 copies.

A price in the field means additional quantities are offered at that price if you purchase that package. The pricing and limits have been set based on the available quantity of each item.
In the U.S. and most other countries, Priority Mail postage is determined in one pound increments, so you can add some items without increasing the mailing cost. Weights of some items have been included for your convenience.

Special information regarding the large format band members postcards

Quantities of these are very limited. If you purchase a Collector's Package, you may, if you choose, also purchase one set of the large format band member postcards if a set is still available. You may not purchase any of the large format cards as an upgrade option to the other packages. You may not purchase cards individually if a set is available. When the more limited cards sell out, you will have the option to purchase remaining cards individually. This web page will be updated to reflect availability.

There were apparently two printings of the Debbie Harry card. The photograph and the text are both identical, but the photograph is printed darker in the one of the printings and is consequently slightly better quality. The other band member cards all appear to be from the same printing. You may select from one of the two printings but not both.

The cards offered are in excellent condition. Some cards that have been slightly damaged due to storage and handling are available individually; email for more information if you are interested. Unfortunately, no Jimmy Destri cards were in the lot, so none are available.

How to order

To order a package or to request your total, send an email by clicking on this link. Specify what package(s) you are ordering and what upgrades you want, if any. Include your name, mailing address, email address, and method of payment, and any other information (such as special requests for shipping or insurance, etc.). USPS Priority Mail with no extra services will be used unless you request otherwise.

Your package will be reserved when you send the email. The reservations will be taken in the order they are received. You will receive an email confirming your reservation and indicating the payment amount. You will have 5 days from then to complete your payment.

Payment information

In the U.S., you may pay as follows:
* money order: your order will be shipped immediately when I receive it.
* personal check: your order will be shipped when your check clears.
* PayPal: your order will be shipped immediately but you will also be charged for the PayPal fee that is normally paid by the seller. I will add the PayPal fee to your order total and give you the total by email when I give you the payment email address. This fee ranges from $0.74 for a Value Package in the U.S. to about $3.69 for a Collector's Package sent internationally. If you wish to pay by PayPal, you will get payment information with your confirmation email. Do not use the email address on this page for payments.

If you ordered upgrades or combination packages, your package must be weighed to determine the correct mailing cost. You will receive an email with the payment amount.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the package at your expense in its original condition and your money will be refunded less the mailing cost, or you may request replacement of an item or a substitution if it is unsatisfactory.
